Payment
An initial payment of three months of your hosting plan is required or, if you have chosen the yearly option, the first years payment. This may be paid by post by cheque or online via Google Checkout or PayPal. We will email an invoiceHosting plans will only be set up after payment is received.
Thereafter invoices will be emailed one month in advance of the due date. Cleared funds must be received before the expiry of your current contract. Out of contract sites will be suspended. Sites more than 30 days out of contract will be deleted.
Acceptable Usage Policy
Any infringement of the Policy will result in immediate suspension of the site and removal of the offending page(s). The site will only be reinstated upon a written not to repeat the infringement.A second offence will result in immediate closure of the site. No refund of unused contract time will be made. Your domain name may be moved to another host on receipt of payment of the transfer fee.
Domain Names.
You may point a domain name held with another host at your site on Net Host EU.
A charge of £25 is payable to move any domain held by Net Host EU to another provider in the first year of registration. After the first year there is no charge..
