Hi! my name is Jane Turner.

Many years ago I attended an adult education course on body massage and thoroughly enjoyed it. My tutor told me I had a natural aptitude for it and healing hands. She recommended I study further so I went on to complete a holistic therapy course at Chichester College acquiring an NVQ level 3 and passing with honours!

My course incorporated Aromatherapy and Aromatherapy Massage, Full Body Massage, Indian Head Massage, Reflexology plus Nutrition, Anatomy and Physiology and First Aid.

I also became very interested in Reiki and completed level 1 whilst still at college and level 2 shortly after.

Holistic is of course about "Whole health" and involves treating the whole person on a physical, emotional mental and spiritual level. Before I treat anybody I take a full medical history and I will only treat certain conditions with an accompanying letter from their GP. I am a member of the Federation of Holistic Therapists (FHT), International Institute of Health and Holistic Therapy (IIHHT) and a Member of the Institute of Complementary and Holistic Therapies (MICHT) and I am fully insured.

So many of us lead such incredibly busy lives and put up with so much stress. I believe that stress is the biggest cause of most pain and disease (It's interesting isn't it that if you separate that word it becomes dis-ease?)

I would like one day in the not too distant future to see people doing what I do in every hospital in the world! I also believe that with the additional benefits of Reiki there is very little that cannot be treated.

One of my tutors used to say "If everyone had a massage once a week the world would be a happier place"
